How to Book an Appointment

• Visiting the hospital registration counter directly
• Walk-in appointments are also accepted, subject to doctor availability

Insurance / Cashless Details

• The hospital provides cashless treatment facilities for patients covered under approved insurance providers/TPAs
• Patients must carry valid insurance documents, ID proof, and pre-authorization forms
• Approval of cashless claims is subject to the insurance company’s policies
• In case of non-approval, the patient will need to proceed on a self-payment basis

Admission Process

• Admission is done based on the doctor’s advice
• Patients must complete registration and provide valid ID proof
• Necessary documents, consent forms, and initial deposits must be completed
• The patient will then be allotted a room/bed as per availability and preference

Discharge Process

• Discharge is initiated after the treating doctor confirms fitness for discharge
• The final bill is prepared by the billing department
• Patients/attenders must complete the payment or insurance formalities
• Discharge summary, prescriptions, and reports will be provided at the time of discharge
• Patients are advised to follow discharge instructions and attend follow-up visits
